How to remove fields

Hi i want to do some reviews on hotels, but when i submit e review there a two fields which i dont want
Enter the Product Manufacturer:
and
Product Model Name (e.g. GeForce256 32MB):
How i can remove them for a category or for the whole reviewpost?

Thats the manufacter and title fields.

You can edit the uploadproduct template and remove those fields if you choose $manu and $title

Can you tell me where to find this template? In reviews admin CP i found it, but there have no $title or $manu ?

Make sure your editing the proper templateas if they still appear it is the wrong one
