Layout and Color Change

How I change the black outlines around the Pros and Cons to a different color?

Can I move the Keywords below (additional field) Manufactures Website somehow?

Thanks for the help

You can edit the showproduct template and move the html to suit your needs maybe something like this

I am getting this error when I try to edit any template?
It appears the double hash after vb3enhanced may be the problem and I can't figure out how to get ride of it?

Warning: fopen(/templates/vb3enhanced//showproduct.tmpl): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /adm-misc.php on line 3237
