Exclamation Please help test!

Can someone please help me test an installation of RP for me? I have had a problem with the additional product fields not saving data after uploads/editing of products on both my production install, and this test install, which is an unmodified version of the latest build. On my production install, I was able to get a few products to have their additional product fields to populate, but that was originally an older version of RP.

I've opened up Uploading a Product to all users. Please follow the directions below:

1) Go to http://s89196893.onlinehome.us/test/ and click on the Upload Products link
2) Pick a category and hit Submit
3) Enter data for the following fields and hit Submit:

Enter the Product Manufacturer:
Product Model Name (e.g. GeForce256 32MB):
Product description
extra1:
test 1:
test 2:
test 3:
test4:
test 5:

4) See if any of the test 1 - test 5 fields are populated in the product page you have just created.

I've brought up this issue with support, but they can't seem to find a problem with it. I've tested it about 50 times, with no success. Again, this is an unmodified version of the latest build, and the same problem happens with my live site (which is a completely different server). Thanks to anyone who helps.

These are the two ads support posted and they are fine and just uploaded a third so the point being what steps are you taking that yours does not work.

I think I've figured it out. The additional fields are ONLY working when a picture is uploaded. This would coincide with what I experienced before with my live version. Can you try creating a new product without uploading any pics with it? The only ones I got to work were when at least 1 image were uploaded; ones I tried right after without images didn't work.

Thanks -- I think the uploadproduct.php file has to be updated too, right?

Actually, it doesn't always do a new insert -- that was part of the problem. I'm still having the problem when I try to upload new products without images.

redownload the build and upload editproduct and uploadproduct php files

The issue on upload is because your not uploading any images the query to add placeholders was only under the image process part and needed to also be under the process for no images
