Problem with rp_productextras table

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but not all of my products are generating entries into rp_productextras, and I'm not sure why. All of the categories in my setup have 2 additional product fields. Sometimes when I add a product, even if I have some data in these 2 additional product fields, the 2 fields don't record any data into the table at all. Additionally, the 2 fields won't record data when editing the products. However, this doesn't happen all the time, and sometimes I can record data from the 2 fields just fine (both when uploading new products and editing existing ones). I noticed the ones I can record data into have entries in the rp_productextras database (as in there is a product # present, even if the data is blank)...and ones I can't record to don't have entries at all. Do you have any idea why the data for the additional product fields are recording data only sometimes?

There seems to be no consistency as to when it works and doesn't work. It can both work and not work within the same version of RP, work in the same category as another product that doesn't work. I've tested this with both my normal installation, and an unmodified latest version.

The unmodified latest version I show no issues with entering extra field data. I do know earlier versions had a problem or two that was corrected.

I will e-mail you URLs from my clean, unmodified version of 3.31 and you can try it out. One will let you record the 2 fields, the other won't. The only difference between the two (as I've said) is that the ones that work have an entry in the rp_productextras table, and the ones that don't do not.
