Does this forum get read by support?

I post this last week and no help so far

I was trying to play it cute and use HTML code in the Announcement box... What I did was make a mess of things and now I can NOT erase the information in the field.. What do I do to make it go away??? Here is a picture of what happened and what I can not make go away...
