Put extra fields in the quick reply? Why does the quick reply include the basic reply, but without two sets of radio buttons and one small question? Is it possible to put everything in the quickly reply? |
The quick reply does not show additional review fields. This is something we can look into in future versions of the software. |
But it doesn't show all of the standard review fields either. Only one set of radio buttons, instead of all three? Also, one of the standard questions is missing. |
The quickreply shows the standard review things. It does not show the custom additional template fields. Example being the customer service template which is an additional template type with no standard fields. |
