Welcome Header on the Index

Similar to the header found here: http://www.theadminzone.com/forums/

I want all members to see our custom header at the top of the "recent products" (set at the top). Just a message welcoming them to the area and whatnot. What files need to be modified to make this happen and on which line?

If your using vbulletin I would suggest you go to the vbulletin support questions and ask this question. The part your talking about though is not part of the vb header but instead the forumhome template so after you find out what mod this is or if this is standard you would then know how to proceed in vb. If you want a standalone box under the navbar to appear after the navbar you could create a new box at the bottom of the navbar that could serve the purpose all depends what your wanting.

Why would I contact VB, when I want to add a header on a reviewpost template? I don't want it to be viewable on the forum page, I want it to be viewable on the main page of reviewpost (where the recent/random/popular photos and categories are arranged).

A simple welcome message for members that enter the reviewpost section, not the forumhome (I already have a welcome header for that). I just used the above example to illustrate how I want it to look --- again, in reviewpost.

The example your showing is a vb forum so yes I would send you to vb support

Why not use the announcement feature in Reviewpost Index Options in admin?
