Improving security

My current SQL database user passwords are weak (i.e.databasename321), and I would like to make them stronger (i.e. KzB38j7E). Can i just delete the current user from the databse, and a new one (with new password) to that database and then just update the config file to reflect the change? Or would I have to do a fresh install?

Many thanks

Yes you can create a new user and update the config test to ensure working right and then delete the old user
