Changing sorting defaults?

How do you change the sorting default from "most recent" to "Product Title" so that when a viewer enters a reviews section the items will be automatcially alphabatized instead of "most recent" being shown?

You can set a default sort per category in Admin => edit Categories

It seems like this method only sorts the categories and sub cats but what about the products that get uploaded to be reviewed? Is there a way to change the sorting default for the products (not categories or sub cats) to be shown in alphabetical order instead of the most recent?

For example, when a member enters a category he see's a list of products that have been uploaded to be viewed but the default sorting will list the items from oldest to newest. Although the viewer has the option of selecting the sorting he wants from the pull down menu on the upper right of that category, is there a way to set the sorting default for that category so that instead of the newest product being listed first they're automatically listed in alphabetical order instead?

You have lost me here. If you view a category it will be sorted by the sort you define for the categories.

example mine is most views

Admin => Edit Categories select the sort that works for you

haha, thats what I'm trying to figure out. Yours is set to 'Most Views' and mines was at default which was 'Most Recent' which I'm trying to set to 'Product Title'. For some reason when I go into Admin => Edit Categories all I see is the option to sort the Subcats and if I click on the link to edit the category there's no sort option in there either. Maybe I'm not seeing something, lol. Perhaps you can take me on a step by step. Sorry the inconvience and thank you for your help.
