Editing "showproduct" page

Hi
I'm using the template type: Costumer Service and i can't figure out how to edit the following fields:
a) Completely remove:
"Average Purchase" and "None indicated" on product's "reviews statistics".
b) Completely remove:
1) "Total Spent: Not Indicated" from visitor's reviews
2) Delete: "Positive / Negative aspects of the product" and just leave (pros) & (cons)

In showproduct1.tmpl just remove this

Content visible to verified customers only.

and

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

and this

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

You can change the language strings to say just pro and con if you want in the languages directory english.php file
