How to make register/login more obvious?

I asked a couple people to demo my review website. They liked the look and feel but could not figure out how to post a review. The problem was they didn't realize they had to register/login first before they could post a review.

The software does not make it obvious to the user that this is required. Is there anyway to make it jump out at them? Perhaps if they click the "add a review" button, and they are not registered/logged in, it should prompt them to do so.

You can allow unregistered reviews if you want by setting yes for the unregistered usergroup to review

Admin => Edit Usergroups

Not sure if you have your review post integrated with Vbulletin or not, but if you do its a great hack I came across called Welcome Headers. You can find it on vbulletin.org. You can then go into the phrases and word things the way you need them to be. If you can't find it, PM me and I'll look.
