How do I change the font class for the misc.php page?

As you can see here, the font is not visible. I would like to change the class it uses.

The links your posting is invalid what are you talking about?

It's the page that comes up when you type in invalid username / password. The font is white on grey and unreadable. I just want to find the class and change it. Here is the text "Invalid login. Please check your username and password, or register" that is not visible.
