Unregistered Reviews & VB3

I am trying to let "Unregistered Guests" post reviews on my site... Where do I set this setting?

I have set this in the category sections, and also in the admin area... It still does not show the "Post a Review" string on the showproduct.php page...

Am I missing something? Is this related to VB3 settings?

In Admin => Edit Usergroups set unregistered users to post reviews.

In Admin => Admin Options make sure allow reviews is YES.

In Admin => Edit Categories make sure unregistered users can post reviews

That should be all you need to do.
