Smile BB Codes in Reviews/Description

I have a site running RP311 using VB3 integtration... In my descriptions I have the following text

(0.460")...

Unfortunately it shows up as

(0.460 ") (One of those BB codes)...

I have turned off HTML in reviews/descrptions but it still shows up... Any ideas on this one?

Thanks that helps alot by seeing what you mean.

Okay well nothing we can really do as a product in whole because we would want to parse BBCODE and users want BBCODE to be parsed. I can try and help you one on one here though.

It just so happens a specific thing you are posting is a BBCODE. You have two options that I can think of.

1. You can remove that bbcode from vbulletin so ") is not parsed as a BBCODE which is probally the most desired way to handle this

or

2. You can disable BBCODE parsing in ReviewPost by making a small edit in showproduct.php

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
would become

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
