Reseting Password Problem

I log in as administrator and go to the Edit Users link. I type in the username of the person I'm looking for and it comes up. I click on Reset Password and get a confirmation screen that the password has been reset and sent to the person.

The user gets the email with this as the link to click:

http://mydomain.com/reviewpost/membe...id=&verifykey=

But when it's clicked on, it goes to that page and the same "Password has been reset and emailed to you" notice comes up and the user is forwarded to the index.php page.

In other words, there's no way for the user to reset his password. Can you tell me how I can trouble shoot this?

The normal way of the user resetting their password works fine. It's just the option in the administrator's menu that doesn't seem to work properly. The end result is that someone who has their password reset by an administrator cannot log in at all since the database already changed his password but the email sent to him doesn't allow him to get it by clicking on the link. And since the database had changed already, he can't login again even if he finds his old password. The only option is to totally delete the user and have them reregister all over again.

This cannot be right, can it?

In member.php

Code:

change to

Code:

Then in languages/english/emails.php

change to
