Sent the request in with a credit card yesterday. Haven't been able to get in yet.

Also does the $39 get you access to updates of all the products or just the one? If it's $39 per product I guess I better get the other ones in the pipeline so I can do updates before new years.

Do I get an email or something that tells me when I can get back in and download stuff or do I just have to keep trying?

Yes you should get an email that states it has been renewed. Surely if you sent in a renewal on the 23rd it is processed already. It only takes a couple hours max usually. I can't say anything more as your forum username email has no licenses. Send an email to the email I meantioned with your license info and ask them to check

I wish I could edit the email in my contact information to match that which I use on these forums, but it appears that is not possible.

I'm not talking about that email! I'm talking about the contact email under which the products are registered in the registration "system" used here. It can't be changed. The email under which I am registered under these forum is my new desired email.
