How do I renew my yearly support membership? Sent the request in with a credit card yesterday. Haven't been able to get in yet. |

Yes you should get an email that states it has been renewed. Surely if you sent in a renewal on the 23rd it is processed already. It only takes a couple hours max usually. I can't say anything more as your forum username email has no licenses. Send an email to the email I meantioned with your license info and ask them to check |

Edit your email in the user cp on the forums here. This is totally something you do ;) |
I'm not talking about that email! I'm talking about the contact email under which the products are registered in the registration "system" used here. It can't be changed. The email under which I am registered under these forum is my new desired email. |
Well then sent an email from the old email on file for the licenses to sales@photopost.com and ask them to change whats on file for the license to the new one. |
