How do I renew my yearly support membership?

Sent the request in with a credit card yesterday. Haven't been able to get in yet.

Well try sending an email to sales@photopost.com and ask about the status.

When I renew vbulletin I get immediate access.

Chuck S December 25th, 2005 12:08 AM

All our orders are hand processed as always.

Merry Christmas

Also does the $39 get you access to updates of all the products or just the one? If it's $39 per product I guess I better get the other ones in the pipeline so I can do updates before new years.

Yes every service is per license.

wacnstac December 25th, 2005 10:12 AM

Do I get an email or something that tells me when I can get back in and download stuff or do I just have to keep trying?

Chuck S December 25th, 2005 10:21 AM

Yes you should get an email that states it has been renewed. Surely if you sent in a renewal on the 23rd it is processed already. It only takes a couple hours max usually. I can't say anything more as your forum username email has no licenses. Send an email to the email I meantioned with your license info and ask them to check

I wish I could edit the email in my contact information to match that which I use on these forums, but it appears that is not possible.

Chuck S December 25th, 2005 05:45 PM

why is that?

wacnstac December 25th, 2005 10:06 PM

Where do you do it?

Chuck S December 26th, 2005 07:59 AM

Edit your email in the user cp on the forums here. This is totally something you do ;)

wacnstac December 26th, 2005 08:31 AM

I'm not talking about that email! I'm talking about the contact email under which the products are registered in the registration "system" used here. It can't be changed. The email under which I am registered under these forum is my new desired email.

Chuck S December 26th, 2005 08:41 AM

Well then sent an email from the old email on file for the licenses to sales@photopost.com and ask them to change whats on file for the license to the new one.
