inc_reviews.php question

I have it set to show 4 images across in one row.. How can I have the 4 cells all the same size so that if one is a bit bigger it doesn't move them down???

Thought of another question for this same file.. How can I remove the overlay for the thumbnails?

Fixed this, But still can't figure out how to stop the image overlay's.
