404 error when moving reviews?

While logged in as admin in RP 3.11, I try to move a review from one category to another from the review page of the one I'm moving. I choose the new location from the drop down menu and click on submit. I then get bounced to a 404 page not found error. But upon further checking, the product has been correctly moved to the category I specified. How can I get rid of the 404 error that's being tossed doing this?

In pp-inc.php in the forward function delete this
