Review Counters Disagree

I'm finally about to open my reviewpost website to the public and a beta tester spotted an issue-

Not sure if this is a bug report or perhaps there is a simple fix like a maintenance counter reset that I haven't been able to find.

I've noticed that for a few of my product uploads, the number of reviews in the category page listing in the Reviews column does not agree with the number listed on the actual product page.

For example, in this category:

Combination Carseat Reviews and Ratings - CarseatMoms Product Gallery

You see the Graco Nautilus has 3 reviews and the Britax Frontier Has 4 reviews. if you click the reviews links to see them, you are directed to these pages:

Nautilus / Nautilus Elite - CarseatMoms Product Gallery

Here, the counter indicates only 1 review and only 1 is shown.

Frontier 85 / 85 SICT - CarseatMoms Product Gallery

Here the counter indicates 3 reviews and only 3 are shown.

I don't have any waiting to be approved in the queue. I'm wondering if some of those that were rejected from the approval queue may have counted toward one counter but not the other, and thus were not shown? If so, is there any way to get the counter that appears in the Reviews column of the category listing to reset to the correct number of reviews?

It is possible that you deleted some reviews etc. You can try in admin selecting under scan database the counter to update the product and review counts that should do a master recount.

Perfect, I had never used the scan database option. Didn't realize it had counter updates in there. Thanks!
