Home Product Disappear When Enable Cache
 

Hi Chuck,
Today i tried to activate reviewpost cache system.But i see no product show in home page.
Need support for this...

How about providing a url?

I enable cache now.Please recheck it.

Try uploading a photo see what happens. You can also check to verify you have an insert into your rp_cache table in your database if your familiar with that.

I see no issues turning on this feature here which is a clean install.

I would suspect your missing your cache table insert. Not something I could diagnose without more info here.

I didn"t see any category when try to upload a product.
I"m not familiar with database,so please can you help me to fix that ?

Ok,i have checked my database and i see "rp_cache" table inserted in my database.

Is there a entry under that database table?

Yes,i see statscache,recentcache,popularcache,randomcache,calcache,catcache,catpropos

Structure= id,userid,ipaddr,date,type,product

You can send us server info url admin login to check things out if you wish. As shown by our url we see no issue with the cache so we need to check your site out to see what is going on.

I have setup my reviewpost right now so i disable cache a few minutes ago.
Ok,i enable cache now.product still disappear.
I sent my server & phpmyadmin info using contact us menu.Please check it.

admin url and admin account sent using contact us just now.

Probally something that is incompatible with your setup. I know you had issues installing with mysql safe mode.

The data is in the cache and it changes your site just does not want to unserialize the data so its in essense empty. So it is not something that is a compatible option that is why most things have yes no options in admin.

I will do some reading to see if it is a php bug for your version.

Ok.So i have to disable cache right now until you find out the way to fix it.
