Keep inserting "/" in field input

When member enter some text in the profile field such as About me:

"I'm creative"

After submit, it shows as "I'\m creative". And every time he goes to edit his profile and submit again, it inserts another "/" in there. Soon, it become something like this:

"I'\\\\\\\\\\\\\\m creative".

Please help us fix this.

Well personally I think your issue is a little different than your depicting as the slash is before the apostrophe.

I made a little change you should be okay.
