| Index Thumb issue
I just created an index thumb out of a product and it made it the index them of every category below it as well. You can see it here: Main Index - Diesel Reviews
Also, now when I try to edit a review, it will not let me update wether or not I would recommend the product. It still remains "No" when I keep saying yes!

That is because in your language file no and yes are not lower case is the issue.
However you can edit the reviews.php file so you can keep your language in capital if you want my making the recode this Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

What about when I add a category thumb and it makes the rest of the categories have the same thumb?

Not sure what your referring to here. The index avatar is quite specific in coding.
If you view a product and set it as the cat avatar it only updates for the cat the product is in not all categories
I have tested this functionality and it works fine so you need to provide much more info here exact actions etc. Url and test login.

Take a look: Main Index - Diesel Reviews
I added a cat image to Fuel System Reviews, and it made all of the images below it the same image.

As I said the only way a photo is going to be an avatar for a category is if you tag it.

I only tagged the one category. Do you see multiple categories tagged on the link I sent you? Or just one? I see multiple categories with the same picture when they don't even have products.

I see multiple categories not all and looking at the code I am just saying the way it works you physically have to tag it for a specific category.
The only time you can set an image as a thumbnail for a category is one of two ways. You physically tag an image in a category using the make index thumb link or in your category editor you set a physical image there.

I only tagged it for a single category and it added it to multiple. I used the "make index thumb" option, then it showed up under every category under that one.
This morning I added a product in the category below fuel filters, made it the index thumb, and it changed all of the category images below that.
Thought you should know.

Ya, I wish mine worked as nice as yours. I'm using vBulletin 4.0 Suite.

Interesting you can send me a link url and ftp etc to look at yours. I would have to debug your site because the query is very specific it issues a query to set the thumbnail column in the categories table for that specific category.
