Top menu links disappear when doing search

Hi Chuck,

When we do a search and nothing is returned in the search results, the top level page links (watch list, subscription, home, etc...) disappear.

Hi Chuck,

Now that we've got your IP whitelisted, have you been able to find a solution for this issue?

Thanks!

I would think at the top of the function topmenu in pp-inc the line in bold should be as noted. $topmenu is missing from the globals

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Checked and $topmenu is there. That whole line is intact actually.

Please see "[PhotoPost Sales #PTX-64202-151]: Sales Form: Login information for Imaging Resource server" email to sales@photopost.com from 12/16/2011.

Would you have deleted that email already?

That is not server information that's a url so I can not say what you have done with any file but clearly that is the change I made which makes it work. Your menu does not appear on the diewell function because $topmenu has to be defined as a global variable. If it is the menu should appear.

I just double checked the code and I do see the $topmenu variable as part of the globals line, but it is still disappearing.

I will respond to that email thread with the information you need to log into the server once I hear back from William.

Thanks.

yeah there is totally no reason why your $topmenu would be empty if it is on the global line and we are definately talking the diewell function that may be the confusion not the topmenu function.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Huh - Ok, I could have sworn you had me look at topmenu(), so yes, my mistake.

I verified and the RP5.21 download was missing those two variables as well.

The diewell() was missing the $topmenu and it looks like another variable of $menu2 from your example. Once I put them in, it works fine.

Thanks!
