| No Access to Support Board
Why i can't come in the Support Board?
The URL in Google is wrong, so that comes 404 http://www.xboxgamertag.de/testberic...y-streets.html
What i must do? There are missing the Categories between the //.
I don't know, from where google the SEO URL get from your Script.

Yes that is in english because we are a US based company. One owned license grants you the right to run one software installation on one domain for an unlimited time, and purchasing an owned license gives you access to our members download area and support for one year. Therefore if your members access is expired you can not access support until that is renewed. Your support access expired on the 11th of this month.

For what i must pay again? You wrote, Multilanguage in the Script, but that is not tru. Only in english.. no German phrases exist.
And my question exist since i bought the Script. So, what i must do, that die URL goes correct to Google?

If you wish to have support yes. This has always been true. The wording above comes from from our purchase page and has not changed ever.
You own Reviewpost correct.
There is multi-language support meaning that a user has the ability to pick in there profile languages you have created. In Admin you have the ability to create new languages and any phrases would be cloned the english ones. You then simply set your config language to the new one you created and then edit the phrases in admin to your language. This requires you to create your own languages and users can select any languages you create to tailor there experience. ReviewPost as always is released only in English as the features state for that product. I do not beleive in any of our release notes does it state we have included any completed language packs other than english.

I don't understand, for what i must pay for Support, if the Problem with the URL exist since i bought your Script...
And your Support is not so good, as you can take every Year a fee. There are much more better Support as vB, vBSEO and so on.
You don't go in the ACP and help direct your Customers realy... for a good Support i pay of course. But here..
And that means a lot of Admins. Terrible Script, terrible support.... not in vB integrated, no language Files, to expensive.
So, what i must do, that the URL will be correct read from Google? That Problem exist since i bought your Script... and the answer is a good support |

I have no idea what your referring to. You seem to be jumping around here. You do not have access to support because your access is expired.
We do have multi-language support as explained but you already knew the script was only released in english when you bought it. vBulletin itself is only released in english as well so not a good comparison. Just like vbulletin you can install other language packs but that requires that other people have made and released those packs. Same goes here.
I have no idea what you mean about url issue as you have not said anything about that. The urls in our script are valid and work as designed. I do not know what your referring to about google.
Customers who are entitled to support can tell you I always assist them and in fact most all cases go above and beyond. I know you have been a customer for awhile so not too sure why you seem to be questioning the members area renewal which is common here and even at vBulletin before they changed their licensing terms with the vb4 release. vBulletin is even worse as now with vBulletin every time they come out with a new main release like the vB5 they are working on now you need to buy a brand new license. I do not think our customers would like that. In our product all you have to pay is $39.00 to get support and updates to the code and you can do that as you wish whether that is every year or once every 5 years whenever you want code updates for a year term.

Unfortunately, it takes some time for Google to index the pages. Only five months before I saw the problem that exists but since the beginning.
Google indexed the following URL, where the categories are missing, so that the page is not found.

What should I do so that Google indexed properly? With the category?
And as for suppport, I often find with you the following statements, which can be seen on any other pages with support.

Your board is full of such statements, which is definitely good for a supposedly support is not acceptable.
For me it lasted about 4 months to fix a small problem, because you do not you care about directly, but always came back demands, instead of you look around yourself in the ACP to solve the problem.
Users want to have a reasonable code for a site map. Even here you do not help.
And that's why you need you should not be surprised that I have many users want to do anything more with your scripts, because they say there is the worst business support. In the German forum your support is not rated well.
Members Area:
Nothing stands in the store update the script for 39 $, but only access. Access means only support, so no update. So I understood this
Now back to my problem, where the fault lies in the script, the pages that Google indexed incorrectly. What do I need to fix this problem?

Your posting threads where a user is asking for assistance with a mod. The one thread by you had nothing to do with reviewpost or our product support. You where having trouble with a forum script called impression.php or something and robots files. We only have control and support over what our program does with urls not other programs etc.
Remember we are here to assist with our product not assist people with creating modifications or answering support on vbulletin. We simply do not have time for that.
Now as to your problem I will glad provide you with some type of fix if you make your problem known. It took you 4 posts of attacking us before you even made it aware you where having an issue.
As I see it what version of our software are you using? Is it the latest?
The problem with your google link is it is missing the category name in the url. Now there was a bug in the earlier 5.0 series which was fixed sometime ago. I spent some time clicking around your site and see absolutely no issues with urls being incorrect. I have clicked page links product links cat links etc.
So maybe this google link is an older crawl from an earlier install of the program. Let me know the answers to my questions. You can sent me site access to look at your files but the main question I would have is how google is getting that url. You should be able to reproduce the issue that is of course unless we are dealing with an issue that has already been fixed by you updating your code.

Motmann that whole post above could have been alot shorter.
I will say this once again. Our company does not assist with code modifications or in altering our scripting. We support our application just as it is written. This is not uncommon or out of the ordinary. vBulletin has the same policy. Users can post in the mod corner about mod questions but that does not mean someone from our company is going to assist you.
As far as your issue we resolved this along time ago its an issue with foreign characters and you can see the commented out language line Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
You can follow any advice in that thread and see if it resolves any issue but you would need to give more information because I can enter and save anything I enter in there. What are you entering? Where are you entering as you are pulling in old discussions which where already discussed and you may not be talking the same thing.

well it is all about what your talking about you can not bring up multiple things and expect things to be easy to follow
any old fixed issues where I said it was a bug are fixed so please give full explicit details on what your doing where with EXAMPLE TEXT.
The discussion in that thread had to do with the language editor and that was the fix provided.
The point being here is none of this is new discussion. I can enter arabic russian german and text in the phrases and category names and it displays fine so I need your examples to try and show you.

The example is in the other Thread as the link shown.
I look in the acp in the Categorie and there is no Text.
And if i type a text in the fields and save.. the text is not to see in the ACP and nothing will be change in the user interface.

What I am saying is where and what wording. I have tried various things have have no issues.
If your talking about admin edit categories try in adm-inc.php the lines below 321-322 put those two slashes in from of those two lines as shown. Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
