Error 126

I'm still working to get ReviewPost up and running and I've been doing some testing.

I have a product uploaded that has no pictures. I then went and edited the product, selected a picture to upload and submitted it. I get this error:

Warning: unlink(/usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/mydomain/httpdocs/reviewpost/data/25/thumbs/images.jpeg) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/mydomain/httpdocs/reviewpost/image-inc.php on line 386

The error reported is error 126

I also get this same error when trying to post a new product with pictures.

HELP! I emailed support and its as if they don't exist.

There are no emails in our helpdesk that I know of on this issue.

A 126 is much like a 127 error I would suspect imagemagick is not being fouid.

what happens if you set your processor to gd2 in global options in admin?

If that works then there is your issue wrong path to imagemagick set in the config so simply use GD2. If you still have an issue then answer this

You did ensure your data and uploads directories and all directories beneath them are 777 permissions and safe mode is off on the server?

Ok I was able to fix it by changing the path to mogrify.

I sent the email to both contact@reviewpost.com (bounces) and support@reviewpost.com.

Are those the correct addresses?

Ok well there is a link: w w w . reviewpost . c o m

(I had to do that because your forum will not allow me to post links until I have made 15 posts (kinda silly for a support forum but understandable).

which shows your software. It is where I purchased ReviewPost from. When I click on the "contact" link it goes to:

contact@reviewpost.com

That must be an old site but if you search for "ReviewPost" that is the number one hit.

yeah old site indeed will have to pass that along to the webmaster as it should use the site headers here
