Can´t find this phrase 'No ratings'
 

I cant find this phrase to translate 'No ratings'

the switching phrase is translated.

You should be able to find it its the $rp['none'] phrase.

try doing a partial match like No or Ratings.

No luck

Can you give me the the "Variable" name

the variable name is none as shown at least thats what I show in the showproduct.php file

I think your maybe talking about the customer service strings make sure your code is like above.
