2 problems deleting new field type from a Category

I added a new field type (a radio-button field) to a main category and cascaded it to all its children. works great.

I then wanted to remove the field from ALL categories.

First (very minor) problem: there is no label on the "Delete" check-box option.

Checking it works, and I successfully deleted the field. I then checked the "apply to all children" checkbox and clicked <Save Settings>.

Second problem: the field is still on all my children categories.

apply to all children is not used on a deletion. Any fields you wish to delete you need to delete per category.
