| Having an issue
I'm receiving this error: Quote:
Database error! Please report to System Administrator.
INSERT INTO rp_products (id,user,userid,cat,date,manu,title,description,keywords,bigimage,bigimage2,bigimage3,bigimage4,bigimage5,bigimage6,approved,lastpost,watermarked,extra1,extra2,extra3,extra4,extra5,extra6,ipaddress,zipcode) values(NULL,'myusername', '265', 12, , 'Test', 'test', 'test', 'testtest', 'sample1.jpg', '', '', '', '', '', 1, , 'no','test','','test','','teset','','xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx','')
| When trying to upload images.
Any ideas what might be causing this? I can see all of the images just fine, it's only when I attempt an upload.
Thanks

Is this an old reviewpost and your server was updated? You might need to update the software. Your date field is empty.

You can download the reviewpost from your members area if you wish and upgrade your site yourself for free but if you want us to perform the upgrade for you then you need to purchase the upgrade service.

I don't want to have to pay for the upgrade if all I really need is a fix.

One owned license grants you the right to run one software installation on one domain for an unlimited time, and purchasing an owned license gives you access to our members download area and support for one year.
| To obtain product support and access to support for that product one must renew members access. There is no specific fix for older versions. If your using an older version that is not compatible with the new PHP then you would need to update the software.
