Unrecoverable Error in ReviewPost Help

I updated photopost and on my reviewpost i am getting this error? i didn't think any updates on photopost would affect reviewpost?

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.
Thanks!

Is your reviewpost database tables in your vbulletin database?

The query looks sound here whats your reviewpost table prefix?

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.
Thats right in our index.php file of reviewpost and I am not seeing any issues with that query.

How about a url?

Thanks for the help!

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.
i looked in my index and it was pp_ instead so i changed it to rp_

just for future reference for anyone, do you know why it would occur? i had vbulletin, photopost and reviewpost working fine for years. then recently i upgraded only vbulletin and photopost and never touched reviewpost. i would assume reviewpost then would be okay still.

Maybe you uploaded a photopost index file to reviewpost?

I am definately looking at our source code and it has the correct global prefix.

hey chuck,

some reason i can't view any of the code we talked about a few years ago.

Content visible to verified customers only.

but under my name it says verified customer...unless i'm expired. ha.

but still having some issues..not sure if it's the same after all these years on the reviewpost...getting this message when i view a product page.

We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

Script:

Query: REPLACE INTO rp_laston VALUES(41,1,)

Result: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1

Database handle: Resource id #41

thanks!

Most likely your access to support has expired you would need to renew members access but you probally want to do that anyway because your new issue is probally because your product needs to be updated.
