Extra Fields

Ok I can't figure this out.

When a review is posted I have 5 Extra Fields that can be filled in.

These fields show up blank when the review is posted?

If the user then edits the review they appear?

This functioned correctly before.

Any suggestions?

I just did a quick test with stock code.

Not sure I haven't made changes for a long time. But it worked on the older reviews

I did some more testing and it occurs on multiple browser types.

Post Review will not write the data to the DB

Edit Review will write the data to the DB.

well what version of the software are you using? Is it the latest?

I did a fresh install to a separate folder with a new DB and the same issue. Only this time extra fields do not work in the product or reviews unless you edit and previously uploaded product or review.

I re uploaded all the files to my current version and the problem still exists?

What file commands the DB to be written. Edit is doing its job, but the initial post review is not writing the extra fields to the DB.

Okay so its not the latest 3.33 have you tried that yet?

No my subscription is not up to date for the review post. It worked fine for a year and now it doesn't.

What is different about 3.33 that address this problem?

well are you integrating with vb3?

If so try turning off the vb3 enhanced integration and test and see if the review posts.

If it does it means you might have installed a vb hack that conflicts with our program.
