Rating from removed reviews being included in a products average rating

I'm running Reviewpost 3.33

I've just noticed that if a person posts a review with a rating - if their review is not approved / deleted then their rating is not removed from the product rating.

Ideally a rating should not be added to a product's average rating until the review is approved.
