Review Extra Fields do not show in Quick Reply area.

Hello...

The "Review Extra Fields" do not show up in the QUICK REPLY box inside a product.

We are using it to rate movies (discs) and ask 4 more questions about the disc.

Sorry, posted by reply in the other thread.

I have tuned off the Quick reply box. Such a shame it does not have all the fields in it like the main review box. After all, they do more or less look the same. I would think it would be something that could be added without too much issue.
