| Average Rating not working
The average rating feature doesn't seem to be working for the products. When pulling up an idividiual product, the summary box at the top has a field labeled "Average Rating" - on my screen - every product I look at says "none indicated".
My assumption is that this field sould be an average of all ratings given, correct? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

Okay, I downloaded the files and upgraded to Reviewpost 3.33 but still no "Average Rating" display. It just says "None Indicated" on all reviewed products.

Have you tried in scan database running the rebuild reviews option?
Allow rating is turned on right?
See this code is unmistakable in showproduct.php Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
http://www.reeftalk.com/reviews/show...p?product=1666
AGAIN with my testing I see no issues using default code and this function.
I would suggest you upload all clean non modified files to your site except the config files and run any missing upgrades.

I uploaded clean files yesterday before sending a link. The only options I see in Scan Database are: - Check for and create missing thumbnails
- Rebuild all thumbnails
- Check and rebuild all preview images.
- Check here to watermark unwatermarked files.
- Check here to recalculate product numbers and check children.
- Check here to resync product/reviews usernames/update comments counts.
- Check here to resync reviews counts on showcat page?
I assumed you were referring to #6 and I ran it with the same result, no Average Rating.
Where is the "Allow rating" option that you referred to? I've looked through all the options several times and do not see it.

BTW I am subscribed to this thread for instant email notification but I do not receive an email notification when you reply. I checked my email address in my UserCP and it is correct. Any ideas why email is not being sent/received?
