Category title problem

Hello
When i enter category name in cyrilic symbols in admin panel for the name of the category i get this:тест

How can i fix it?

Well we dont have a cyrilic language or load the necessary charset's for that. What version of the software you using?

This is what I show in our adm-misc.php file and its fine. If we dont support a language its not going to show the characters. so what is it suppose to look like?

In the admin panel categories are show like this (wthout spaces)
# 1090; & # 1077 ; & # 1089 ; & # 10

The official word is of course since Reviewpost is only made for english this is not a program bug. Now that said you can try this though in the file meantioned below the lines above replace the catname line with this one.
