Not able to creqte new albums (permissions ok.)

I am not able to to create albums even though permissions are set to yes within group configurations. I am able to create categories though? Can you help me figure this out?

I'm sure its my doing as i will explain..
I change my domain name, within the software configuration. I am able to log in as admin all works right except creating albums. I renaimed htaccces as it was currently not allowing me to login.

Other than that i can't think of anything else that would cause this to happen.

what is the specific error you have?

Just a note also you posted this in reviewpost and that does not have albums so I am assuming your talking Photopost

Well that's just the thing I don't see any errors other than when i click on create new album, i get sorry, private albums are not allow? I have everything set to private albums allowed.

and the other thing that is odd, is i do not see the My albums" link?

You need to in admin options in admin to allow albums to yes

There is a global switch and there is a usergroup switch under edit usergroups

Chuck i upgraded to 5.5 and all options re appeared. It may have been my handy hacking attemps that may have caused the problem.
