markup in reviews

For some reason, some of my members are getting their posts with markup, please see this for an example:
http://www.mumsonline.net/reviews/sh...php?product=60

They reported this earlier today so I updated all my files with the 10/27 build of 3.11 but it is still happening.

Could you shed some light on the problem? It hasn't happened before and it seems to only effect certain members (as you can see by my test post)

Thanks for your help in advance

If it helps, it only seems to effect members who have elected to use the "Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor Toolbar" option for vB... I use the "Show Standard Editor Toolbar" which I think maybe why it works for me but not them...

I can't turn off the WYSIWYG editor for them as they use it on my board... This needs to be fixed for RP (if it is a bug) or I'd greatly appreciate any help in someone diagnosing my problem so that it doesn't happen anymore.

Thanks in advance

EDIT:
And yes, RP admin is set to on:
Quote:
Do you want to enable the vB3 Integration which uses your vB3 headers, footers and styles?
Do you want to enable the vB3 Enahnced features which use vB3 controls in ReviewPost?
If using the Enhanced option above, do you want to enable the vB3 WYSIWYG control in Post Reviews?
EDIT2:
You will not see the examples in the links above as the code was just too ugly and people were complaining...

How did they get this. If you or I can not replicate it then we need to know the exact steps they did to get to that point.

Markup appears to work just fine for me testing with vb3

The initial post (the product) doesn't seem to be affected, but when a 'review' is made with users using the WYSIWYG editor, tags like <SPAN> <FONT> <IMG SRC> are rendered...

They aren't doing anything 'special' just posting a review... This seems to only have happened since the vB3.5 upgrade, prior as 3.0.8 it never happened

well first off there is no span tag in 3.50 that I see with WYSIWYG

I seem to have no issue with things

http://www.reeftalk.com/reviews/show...p?product=1760

Again we are back to what exact steps they are doing please point out where they are clicking a span tag in VB editor

Also make sure your using all the latest files and no old files

sorry, getting ready to go to the States to visit family so things are a little hectic.

I will have the person add another review tonight (if they're on) and if it happens again, I won't edit it and link it here for you to look at!

Thanks again
