But I do have a question... Why doesn't it watermark all the images?? It only does the first one...:(

I would need some info on how you have things set

Each image is passed and watermarked.

I use Imagemagick and have watermarking enabled uploaded multiple photos to a product and they each are watermarked

Mine only seems to watermark the first one.

I uploaded to your gallery and both are watermarked

Now make sure to set who gets images watermarked in edit cat permissions

all the way at the bottom ;)

Yeah the watermark is sized in ratio of the watermark to image so if your watermark is super small it might be hard to see if on some pics depending on size and color ;)
