Unapproved items show up in some places (FIXED)

If you click on any link in Recent Items: last day last 7 days last 14 days all items - it shows products (to regular members) that are still pending approval.

UPDATE - after some more checking, i can't confirm the above is a bug just yet. I'm getting some weird results with usergroups/posting rights. I only want one type of user to be able to upload products (aside from the admin, of course), and I want these products to have to be approved before they are posted live.

I set up a new usergroup called "product posters" in phpbb and refreshed the usergroups in ReviewPost. The new group shows up properly, so I set "allow posting?" to NO for Regular Users and YES for Product Posters. I also set "Require Moderation" for Product Posters to YES. So far so good, but when I upload a new product as a Product Poster, it is automatically approved. I then set it so all users can upload, and still, items are being automatically approved. Why aren't items being sent to the approval queue?

Is there a setting I missed. I've checked everywhere.

This is the code. It shows a pending approval on showproduct to the user who uploaded it but if you do cat=all this is the query

I am having a problem where none of my product uploads are showing up in the Approval queue. I've tried settin all the usergroup permissions, and even the force admin's uploads to require approval, but they just get auto-approved.

Okay well so your issue is not with unapproved showing up as they are indeed already approved.

Well moderation is set by usergroup settings in usergroup editor in admin. Do you have this turned on. This is right in image-inc.php to give you an idea of how it works

if ( $User['usemod'] == 0 ) $moderate = 1;
else $moderate = 0;

I guess our issue is to find out what or what is not set right here to determine how to assist you. Please check your usergroup permissions and we can go from there. Also please ensure you have uploaded ALL the new files.

See the attached image for my usergroup settings.

One strange thing that happens when I Refresh the usergroups is that this message shows up:
Error: Duplicate entry '3' for key 1
Processing complete!

After I refresh, it changes the setting for Allow Posting for the Admin user back to NO.


I re-uploaded all of the v3.01 files and still having the approval problem.
