| Extra <br> for linebreak in reviews(NOT A BUG)
If I enter this text in a review comment: Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
I get this outputted to the screen after it's submitted properly as just the single line, however this (with one line break inbetween): Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
becomes: Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
Is there any way to stop the extra <br /> tag appearing? I'm sure we only need two there.

Hmm in function convert_returns: Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
Changing the "\n\r\n" substitution to just <br /> removes the additional linebreak that appears.
Not really a bug, but the excess space that it produces is somewhat needless.

well this is the age old thing in what are you doing when you hit return
hitting return twice will result in one break hitting it twice results in one break. I took a short test to show what I mean. I dont see an issue with this http://www.omegatron.net/reviewpost/....php?product=1 |

So why does hitting return twice result in three br tags? Shouldn't it just give you one for each return?

It is annoying that this is still not changed as a default setting in PP 5.5. The hack still works as described above, but it saves just time if you would finally make it this way in your downloadfiles.
Nobody wants to have it the way it works with 2x<br />.
Do not try to change the world. Just make it like everybody is used to it with all text processors like MS Word in the world...

i just go through all my old suggestuions in my profile.
But since the problem arises in all 3 products I use (PP, CL and RP), it actually does not matter where I post it |

if you use the search function, so many users are complaining exactly about this. Why do you force us to change this each time manually since years?
Is there anything to win for photopost to ignore this so stubbern?
I just do not understand this behaviour...

I guess because it never was a bug and is how Michael designed it. It is personal test on formatting.
