can i please get some help here? your support really sucks. you never reply to forum post and you reply to emails even less.
it only does this when the vb3 is set to the "open" position. when its "closed" it works fine.

Hello You just opened this thread 11PM last night and have recieved one response. Our support sucks?
Check in your config-inc.php file and make sure you input the proper server path to the reviewpost installation in the $RP_PATH line variable. You have a . in there now. To use VB3 integration your server paths must be filled out.

This very thread speaks differently here as you where responded to in within 15mins and another reply within 14 hours. When one puts in a support request do realise the time of day you do it and whether it is a weekend of weekday. We are in the US and people posting in off hours will experience some time to get a response. I dont know where your from so that may be a factor here.
Posting at 11PM at night getting a response the next afternoon after an initial response is not a long period of time.
You have not let me know whether correcting your $RP_PATH solved your issue.

im not going to aruge with you about the quality or quanity of your support abilities. i just want to fix this damn thing so i dont have to ask for help. its been nothing but a pain in the ass and im tired of working on it.
the $rp_path solved one issuse but created another.
i cant admin the review post, now when i try to login to to review post i get this pleasnt message:
You are not a valid administrator or moderator!

When you installed did you specify the proper Vblicense and cookie settings? I would think cookies are not set properly and you are not logged in when you indeed think you are.
Make sure Photopost cookie settings in the settings table settings 171-173 are set exactly as VB. Note the default VB cookie prefix is bb and I can tell ya tons of people forget this.

okay vb license entered correctly? ( not vb customer number )
cookie domains match?
Basically if you login in vb and go to photopost and they are on the same domain and your not logged in it has to be cookies.
You can post a link to your install and I can see which it is.

You would need to restore the categories reviews and products tables at a minimum and run the upgrade script from the last version you where running or now you know your mistake restore the entire old database and upgrade it.

2) put the products from the old db into the new db -- ok
3) put the reviews form the old db into the new db -- ok
4) run upgrade.php -- error

Those are just duplicate errors no problem means it was ran before. One of the upgrades added a new review field and calculated the reviews and must be run for the reviews to show right in the new version
