Problem With Categories Showing All Products

I have upgraded to 2.9 VB 3.0 enhanced and am now having problems with my categories working properly. It does not matter what category you click on, it shows all of the product reviews, even if the category is supposed to be empty. Strange! One other issue that is part of this is how the navigation text shows up "Home >> Custom View". The category name does not show up as it should when a category is selected for individual viewing. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem? Thanks!

One other thing I forgot to mention is the URL to my Reviewpost install. This should allow you to recreate the fault I am experiencing. Click on a category of your choosing from the index to see the problem at hand.

Come on guys. If this were a free VBulletin hack, I could understand no support or response to a support related issue. This is a paid for script, so surely there is support for it?

Might be related... I am not having problems with existing categories, but the "Watch List" link always displays all products in RP 2.9.

I've updated the build with a new showcat.php file which changes these lines:

delete line 31:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
line 256:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
line 262:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
I've updated the showcat.php in the current build if you want to just download and upload the showcat.php file. These fixes also fix the issue reported in the first post.

That fixed the "Watch List", but broke the "My Products". Now My Products displays all products.

We're getting close. Thanks for your patience.

lines 1337-1338 in pp-inc.php (changes in bold):

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

The build on the members download page is still listed as:

"Download ReviewPost PHP Pro, v2.9 (3/18/05 7:57 AM Build) "

I downloaded this on the 19th and have the old code shown here.

Also, I made the changes yet when I go to 'My Products' it still says:

"Home » Custom View "

This bug wasn't patched until March 21, so download the zip file again. Michael must have forgot to update the date in the download area.

This is why I think it is imperative that the version number be incremented no matter how small the code changes are. There is no way of knowing which fixes you have otherwise since the same version numbers might be different code.

Yes - just those two files.

I also see "Home » Custom View " for "My Products". I don't know if that is a bug or not. But at least it works correctly.

Custom View is correct as anytime it does not follow the catname it should say custom view

It should probably be consistent with Watch List which says:

Home » Watch List
