Your path in your config file is wrong

c:\inetpub\vhosts\powwows.com\httpdocs eviews

should be

C:\Inetpub\vhosts\powwows.com\httpdocs\reviews

Well first thing if your using the header include with VB3 back and dont for now.

If this is just reviewpost try changing your $RP_PATH

$RP_PATH = "c:\inetpub\vhosts\powwows.com\httpdocs\reviews";

TO

$RP_PATH = "C:/Inetpub/vhosts/powwows.com/httpdocs/reviews";

Check your phpinfo.php file and see if you can verify the path.

the correct path to use for the forum and photopost in header-inc.php

Obviously since your program works without the header-inc your entering a wrong path for the VB3 part

Okay but your error is when running the header include and your paths get mixed up so you need to verify your paths in that file

Of course you can always upload a fresh commented out one.

I would though check your paths as they have to be wrong.

Are you trying to use the Portal or normal VB header.

The header include to my knowledge only works with the normal VB3 not the portal system. VB3 Portal is still beta and we do not support that.
