Bug with Photoposts VB forums and/or members section...

I don't know if this has been brought up before, but when you have it set to receive email updates when somebody replies to your threads. When the threads are in the member section, well when you get your email it contains the hyperlink, but when you click the link it says you need to go to the members section. You click the member link and enter your login and password and it takes you to the frontpage. If you go back to your email and click the link now that you are logged in, it brings up the exact same message saying you aren't logged in.

So currently receive email updates doesn't work at all because you have to go back to the forum where you posted the thread (if you even remember) and click it that way, but currently there is no way to access the thread through the email update that you receive.

I don't know if this is a problem with your VB you are running here or some hack you did to create your member section, but it isn't working for me.

Did you try the updated emails.php language file?

I believe he's talking about these forums here.

(and yes it is in the wrong forum but is there a forum for site feedback here?)

Cheers,

yes, it is quite annoying. U click the link, it tells u u don't have access to the section u r requesting, then you click on the link for members section and it takes u there but not to the link then u have to search for the link.

Yeah, same here, even more fun, try and get into your UserCP, it kicks you to the front page almost immediatly as well....
