Configuring Thumbnails
 

I'm working on my gallery, and I have a general question about the "Use uniform thumbnail feature?" option in Upload Photo Options. I selected "yes" for this option. Then I selected 150 pixels for uniform thumbnail height and 150 pixels for uniform thumbnail width.

It seems that my photos are actually being cropped to fit this size. Can I change a setting to make it actually be resized to fit inside a 150x150 box? For example, if it's tall and skinny the thumb might be 100x150, and if it's short and wide, the thumb might be 150x100.

That is not how the uniform thumbnail feature works it is a center crop.
