vb4 Compatibility

If this question has been asked already, forgive the repost.

I have four separate vBulletin based sites in which I use PhotoPost. Been GREAT!

I have three more sites ready to start up that I am waiting to ramp until vb4 comes out as I dont want to have to build them twice as the style coding is all different.

Question is, will the latest versions of PhotoPost and PhotoPostClassifieds work with the new vB4 ?

If not, will you have upgrade versions of PP and PPC available in a short order?

We are awaiting access to the beta program to check out vb 4.0 till we will know what has to be done to support that software.

Hi,
is there already a time-line when vBGallery will be ready for vB4?

I do have some wishes for the new version.
I really appreciate if vbGallery follows the Navigation Design of vb4.
Add a Tab for the Gallery and uses the Navbar for the Links that are now in the extra Navbar.

You might test one of the following Add-On to see what i mean:
Links and Downloads Manager - vBulletin.org Forum
DownloadsII - vBulletin.org Forum

Thanks
Christian

Christian

There is no timeline for when a compatible version will be released. It is being worked on and once one is released we will announce this. The issue is the rushed timeframe of vb rushing vb to release in only 6 weeks after beta testers gained access to code doesnt give people enough time to rewrite entire applications to support vb4. vbGallery has to be rewritten alot since the template system is so integrated into vbulletin.
