There is no call in any plugin we support or release to that file. There is an old vb3 hack as I previously stated

You will want to delete any old plugin you where using.

I don't see any other plugin installed related to vb3/Photopost in my plugin manager. How to find which plugin is calling file under /photos/inc_features.php?

well I can only respond based on what you have posted here as I can not see your admin.

The issue can ONLY be what I have stated since there is absolutely no call in any photopost file or plugin to that file your talking about. You would have had to physically install a plugin with a call to that file as noted in the mod thread I linked.

You would have to search your plugins look at any plugin that is maybe hooked at the hook location forumhome_complete or any forumhome hook location.
