No one can access gallery, including admin

Help please? Suddenly we are all getting this message when trying to access the gallery - including admin - even when logged in.

Could not connect to PhotoPost databaseAccess denied for user 'krutten'@'%' to database 'PhotoPost'

As you can imagine, I have a lot of frantic people. Suggestions?

Whew... I seem to have figured it out. The database information was changed in the config-inc.php file.

But now my bigger issue... why did that change & what do I need to do to prevent it in the future?

well unless you have someone who has access to your ftp account I would more suspect that you maybe possibly changed your mysql password or hosting password and forgot to update the info in your config file.

That's what worries me ... no one else has access and I have not touched that information. I am absolutely positive. It happened in the middle of the night after having no issues before shutting down. Is there some way I can safeguard my files that I'm not aware of?

Another concern... my admin page suddenly has an entirely black background, whereas before it was white.

The name of the forum database was changed in the config.php file. The username & password were untouched.

I'll look at the stylesheet, though I don't understand why it changed a couple days AFTER the upgrade. The first few days it looked like it had before.

maybe your browser cached things

Yes well someone had to have changed the database name in the config as it would not have just up and changed

Only way to protect yourself is reset your ftp password etc
