No browse button after upgrade

I upgrade to 7.0 but the is no browse button in the upload screen.

i also get this:

An error was encountered during execution of the query:

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM pp_subscriptions WHERE isactive='yes'

The query returned with an errorcode of:

Table 'duikforum.pp_subscriptions' doesn't exist

To turn off these emails, set $debug=0 in your config-inc.php file.

The probleem are gone
Manually run some lines forum the upgrade script.

could you tell me what line did you run please?

You need to run the upgrade script and select the proper upgrades to run from your last version to the latest.
