Comments box one character wide

I have two users telling me the comment box is only one character wide. Everyone else is reporting a skinnier box, but useable.

The only change has been a security update to vBulletin - nothing to the template system and nothing to Photopost.

Do you have any plugins installed? please post a test login so I can see your comments box. I would suspect based on the numerous threads on this issue that it is a hack conflict and disabling the plugin that is causing this will solve your issue.

Chuck, I do not have any plug-ins installed. At least I'm pretty certain I don't. I installed one for vBulletin to cut down on the spammers, but nothing has been installed unique for photopost.

Use test / testing123

Please be aware though, that only two folks are seeing the one-character box. The rest of us see a bigger box.

I am not talking about photopost plugins or anything for photopost.

Anyway a plugin would affect all browsers. I dont see any issues with my Mozilla, IE, Opera, Safari or Chrome browsers. Maybe this post will help you.

Sorry, I mis-understood. You are talking about plug-ins that my customers installed on their on machines, right?

Anyhow, I can't find a file called "quickcom_367". I have one in the template directory caled "quickcom" - is that the one?

Nope in vb. But as stated your issue is not one with a plugin

The file I am referring to is in the templates/vb3enhanced directory

You can edit that file through edit templates in admin.
